Tomas Vokoun turned aside 29 of 32 shots in a 4-3 victory Friday. Vokoun allowed two goals in the final 3:26 minutes of playing time, but he still ended up with his second straight victory. Although he has only started in 29 of Washington's 42 games, Vokoun is just four wins shy of his 2010-11 mark. Vokoun has a 18-10-0 record and could reach the 30-win milestone for the first time since 2007-08.
