Tomas Vokoun made 30 saves to help the Washington Capitals edge the visiting Pittsburgh Penguins 1-0 Wednesday night. It was Vokoun's second shutout of the season and the first shutout this season against the slumping Penguins, who have lost six games in a row. Vokoun improved his 2011-12 record to 17-10-0.
