Tomas Fleischmann admitted that his lack of offensive production this season has gotten to him. Panthers coach Peter Horachek suggested that Fleischmann has been "pressing" and focused on scoring goals above everything else and that's had a snowballing effect on his slump. Fleischmann doesn't dispute that he's had a "pressing" attitude lately. "You work hard over the summer, and you want the season to go well," Fleischmann said. "And if it doesn't, it kind of beats you down. This is the first time I've faced this. I have to learn to forget about things behind me and just focus on the next game." He scored a goal on Thursday, ending his 22-game drought, so maybe that will help him turn things around. Of course, at this point all he can hope for is ending the season on a high note.
