Tom Wilson won't be returned to the OHL Plymouth Whalers this season. The Capitals have decided to continue Wilson's development with the NHL club. He has no points in seven contests and is averaging just 6:42 minutes per game, so we don't expect him to have any fantasy value in 2013-14.
