Tim Thomas was sensational as he picked up the shutout on Saturday. Thomas has played well despite the Bruins lackluster start. He got a lot of help up-front and he shut down the Toronto attack in their 7-0 win. In the end he stopped all 25 shots he faced. The shutout was his first of the season, giving him a 5-4-0 record.
