Tim Thomas turned aside 25 of the 26 shots he faced, allowing only three goals in his first two starts. Thomas got some offensive support this time, which should be an on going issue all season. Boston may be the defending champs, but it wasn't because of the teams ability to put the puck in the net. Thomas will keep putting up gaudy numbers, but needs his team to pull their weight offensively like they did against Tampa.
