Tim Thomas stopped Chicago's three best players in Saturday night's shootout win. He turned aside Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews and Patrick Sharp to secure the win for the Bruins. For those of you who have been quick to downgrade Thomas due to a projected job share arrangement with Tuukka Rask, perhaps you should re-evaluate. Boston, like all NHL teams, are in in the business of winning games. If Thomas gives the B's the best chance to do so, he will play. We still think he will get into a minimum of 55 games.
