Tim Thomas should be considered Florida's starting netminder for Saturday's contest against Detroit. Scott Clemmmensen played well for the Panthers during his absence, but Thomas is ready to return to the crease after recovering from a groin injury. Thomas had won his previous three games before getting hurt at practice to give him a 9-10-1 record on the year to go with a .909 save percentage and a 2.75 GAA.
