Tim Thomas is now in a three-way tie for the most shutouts in the NHL with four. After yesterday's shutout against Philadelphia, Thomas is now tied for the league lead with Jonathan Quick and Brian Elliot with four. ''He was good. He stood tall. He stood in the battle and made some big saves. He never gave them a chance to get any life,'' said coach Claude Julien. Thomas has a 1.83 GAA and a .943 save percentage as well as 15 wins on the season. He is the front runner to win the Vezina Trophy again this season.
