Tim Thomas handled 20 of the 21 shots Toronto managed to get through the stifling Panthers defense in a 4-1 win Tuesday night. Thomas snapped out of a two game funk to improve his record to 15-16-3 with a .912 save percentage and 2.74 goals against average. It was the first time in seven games the vet allowed less than three goals.
