Tierney tallied the first goal of his career as well as a late assist in Thursday's 5-1 stomping of the Canucks. He'd managed only two points in his first 15 NHL games, but Tierney has produced at the AHL level this year to the tune of 24 points in 26 games, showing strong offensive upside as a 20-year-old.
