Thornton turned in his first multi-point game in a month Tuesday, notching two assists (one on the power play) in a 5-2 win over Edmonton. He also remains without a goal in more than three weeks, dating back to Nov. 16, but that's not unusual for Thorny. What is unusual, though, is the spell of invisibility that saw him post just two lonely assists in his last seven games entering Tuesday's action.
