Thirty-year-old Viktor Fasth spent a long time in the Swedish second division before finally shining two years ago. Fasth was the best goalie in the Swedish Elite League the last two years but spent the previous years in a lower division before getting his chance at age 28 with AIK. It didn't look good the previous year of 2009-10 when he blew out his ACL in his knee but he turned things around so much that he is now an NHL goaltender. "It took me a while to get to where I am," Fasth added. "I'm what you call maybe a late bloomer. I've heard that expression before." He is 5-0 with a 1.72 GAA and a .932 save percentage in spite of giving up five goals to the Blues in a shootout win on Saturday.
