Theo Peckham has agreed to a one-year/$1.075 million deal with the Edmonton Oilers. Peckham had three points and 80 penalty minutes in 54 games in 2011-12. As long as he's healthy, he should spend more time in the sin bin in 2012-13, but he won't help your team much offensively.
