The Washington Capitals sent a fourth round pick to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for Dustin Penner. It's surprising that Anaheim would give up Penner for nothing more than a fourth rounder given that he's been decent this season and the Ducks are gearing up for a playoff run. That being said, this might be a small part of Anaheim's larger plans. We're likely to see a lot more trades before the deadline.
