The San Jose Sharks are not shaking up their coaching staff heading into the 2011-12 season. With the departure of former assistant Trent Yawney to the AHL in search of a head coaching job, the team could have re-organized their staff, but Todd McLellan feels comfortable with his existing team despite the Sharks' playoff struggles in years past. Current assistant Jay Woodcroft will assume larger responsibilities, but otherwise no major changes are expected. "We had the ability to bring someone else in, but at this time, it's Jay's opportunity to take more on and he's perfectly capable of doing it," McLellan said.
