The Red Wings have begun preliminary talks to re-sign Daniel Cleary and Drew Miller this offseason. According to MLive's Ansar Khan, Detroit "will make room" for both hard-working forwards. Cleary, who had nine goals and 15 points in the regular season and four goals and 10 points in the playoffs, made $3 million this year. Miller earned $850,000, and he recorded eight points on the season.
