The Rangers have discussed recalling forward Chris Kreider from the AHL, according to coach John Tortorella. "We're dying to get a guy that's 6 foot 3 that can skate like hell into our lineup," Tortorella said. "But we're not going to do it at the expense of him in hurting him as far as developing him." Kreider has produced six goals and one assist in eight games with Connecticut since being demoted on Feb. 28.
