The Phoenix Coyotes would like to sign Mikkel Boedker, but GM Don Maloney told the team's Web site that "there are no guarantees at this stage." Boedker scored 26 points, two shorts of his career high of 28, despite playing in 48 games versus 78 in that career year in 2008-09 (his rookie campaign). He also averaged 18:29 TOI in 2013, so he does have a pretty good amount of leverage, even as a restricted free agent.
