The Philadelphia Flyers aren't ready to completely dismiss the possibility of Chris Pronger (concussion) returning this season. "I think right now, Chris is not an option," Flyers GM Paul Holmgren said. "If he gets better somewhere over the next month, months, we'll address that when we get there." It sounds like if Pronger does return, it won't be for several months. It's also worth noting that doctors Maroon and Collins recommend that Pronger be kept out for the regular season and playoffs. In other words, while there's still a silver of hope, it would be shocking if Pronger plays again this season.
