The New York Rangers worked on their power play Monday at practice. The Rangers held two sessions Monday and the man advantage was a point of emphasis in the second skate. "Since the last lockout [in 2004-05], special teams have been the main part of the game," said Rick Nash, who was on the team's top unit. "So you win the special teams game and you have a good chance to win the actual game." Nash was joined by Derek Stepan and Ryan Callahan up front, with Brad Richards and defenseman Dan Girardi on the points. New York finished the regular season 23rd overall with the man advantage, while their first-round opponent, the Washington Capitals had the best power play in the league.
