The New York Rangers haven't said much regarding Sean Avery's arrest for allegedly shoving a Los Angeles police officer. "We will discuss the matter with Sean and have no further comment at this time," said vice president of public relations, John Rosasco, in a text message to Newsday. Avery is due in court Sept. 2 after being released on a $20,000 bond. He still has one year left on his current contract.
