The Maple Leafs placed Arcobello on waivers Thursday, David Alter of the National Post reports.

With Tyler Bozak (lower body) slated to return to action Friday against the Rangers, the Maple Leafs are no longer in need of Arcobello's services as a depth forward. Arcobello is expected to clear waivers, at which point he will report to AHL Toronto.
