The man in London, Ontario that threw a banana peel at Philadelphia forward Wayne Simmonds last week has reportedly been arrested. Christopher Moorhouse, a 26-year-old who allegedly committed the act, has been arrested and charged under the trespass to property act, a provincial statute. "Mr.Moorhouse has been served with a part three summons, and if convicted of this offence - could be liable to a fine of not more than $2,000," London police chief Brad Duncan said. "This is a provincial offense and not a criminal charge, and will be dealt with in the provincial offenses court." Simmonds has found himself at the center of a pair of morally reprehensible controversies lately with this and Sean Avery saying that the Flyers winger uttered a homophobic slur at him during Monday's exhibition contest.
