The Los Angeles Kings have reportedly acquired Marian Gaborik from the Columbus Blue Jackets. The Kings have some very talented forwards as it is, but their offense has still been lacking this season. They have averaged 2.32 goals per game, which is good for 27th place in the NHL. Meanwhile, Gaborik hasn't been particularly good either, though that's mostly due to his injury issues. This trade might spark both sides and while he's not a safe bet, it certainly wouldn't be shocking if Gaborik ends up with around a point-per-game for the remainder of the 2013-14 campaign.
