There are basically 7 teams fighting it out for the last two spots in the East.  The Sens have won three in a row and look to close the gap.  Go with the Sens at home.... Detroit is a team trying to solidify their layoff position as they take on the Boston Bruins. The Red Wings are 6-3-1 in their last ten and look to be peaking at the right time.  Jimmy Howard will face Tuukka Rask in what could possibly be a first round showdown preview. This is the game of the night to watch.  Playoff hockey is just around the corner.... The Edmonton Oilers head south down Pacific Coast Highway to take on the Anaheim Ducks after facing the San Jose Sharks last night. Look for Viktor Fasth (LIKELY) to face his former team tonight while the Ducks, chasing the top spot in the Western Conference, will go with Jonas Hiller (LIKELY). The Ducks have been rolling of late while the Oilers have been sliding.  This could get ugly fast.... By slipping against Winnipeg last night, the Phoenix Coyotes find themselves just outside the last playoff slot as Dallas won which resulted in the two teams tied with the same number of points, but the Stars have one more win than the Coyotes. And they have a game in hand.  Thomas Greiss will look to keep the Coyotes playoff hopes alive as they head to Los Angeles to take on Jonathan Quick (LIKELY) and the Kings. An interesting matchup for sure, but Phoenix has a lot to lose in this one, so they should come out firing.   With a little bit of luck, perhaps the Yotes can pull this one out...
