A tough win over the Islanders on Saturday night should have Pekka Rinne and the Nashville Preds heading in the right direction. They should be able to minimize Florida's scoring chances and outlast the Panthers in a tight defensive battle. Go Rinne... Edmonton should have a tough-go at it when they visit Pittsburgh tonight. It's the tale of two goalies, as Marc-Andre Fleury has been unbeatable in the crease for the Penguins, while Devan Dubnyk has struggled mightily for the Oilers. We are looking at a very lop-sided affair in favor of Fleury... Can James Reimer take the starting job over Jonathan Bernier in Toronto? A win over a Minnesota squad, which is playing in the second of back-to-back nights, would go a long way in helping his cause. Plenty of motivation will push Reimer toward the win column...Take Nabokov and the Isles over the struggling Sabres...Don't look now, but the visiting Columbus Blue Jackets might have a marginal edge over Detroit, given that they beat them 4 out of 5 times last season, and are coming off two days of rest. Meanwhile, the Wings could be due for a letdown after a tough road win over Boston yesterday. Take Bobrovsky and Columbus for the slight upset.
