The Flyers aren't expected to negotiate with Andrew MacDonald for another few weeks. MacDonald is a pending unrestricted free agent, and it seems like Philadelphia would like to keep him around. "Kind of a honeymoon period," general manager Paul Holmgren said. "We'll let him settle in and get a feel for what we're all about."
