The Edmonton Oilers have re-signed goaltender Yann Danis to a one-year contract. No details have been released but Danis won the Aldege "Baz" Bastien Memorial Award as the AHL's top netminder last season. Danis had a 2.13 GAA and .923 save percentage in 41 AHL games this season. He could be in the mix with the Oilers, especially if Nikolai Khabibulin or Devan Dubnyk has trouble in the upcoming season.
