The Detroit Red Wings have sent Tomas Tatar to Grand Rapids of the AHL. The forward was recalled on Thursday because of the injury suffered by Chris Conner but was a healthy scratch Thursday night. He has seven goals and 21 points in 26 AHL games this season and has a bright NHL future ahead of him.
