The breakdown of Sabres forward Matt Ellis' contract has been released. The 31-year-old signed a two-year, two-way deal and is expected to serve as the Rochester Amerks' captain. He will make $550,000 in the NHL and $300,000 in the AHL. He spent most of the year in the AHL and had eight shots on goal in six games in the NHL this year.
