The Blackhawks would like to be the first team since the Detroit Red Wings to win back-to-back Stanley Cups after capturing the title two times in the previous four seasons. It hasn't been done since the Wings accomplished the feat in 1997 and 1998, but the idea of doing it has captain Jonathan Toews motivated going into training camp. "It has happened to us twice now - (and) the talk is always going to be about repeating, he said. "It's a long way away. We want to put ourselves in a position come playoff time to be that team that can compete for it again. But we know with what happened last year there are a lot of pressures that play into that. We believe we can be that team that has a chance to (repeat)."
