The Anaheim Ducks have loaned goaltender Frederick Andersen to the Danish National squad. Denmark is looking to qualify for the 2014 Olympic Games and the country will host the qualifying tournament. Andersen has backstopped the Danes in their last four tournaments and is looking to carry them into the Olympics in Sochi, Russia. He was 9-10-1 with a 2.30 GAA and a .929 save percentage with Norfolk of the AHL this season.
