Tarasov was recalled from AHL Worcester on Saturday, Kevin Kurz of CSN Bay Area reports. The Sharks have only 12 healthy forwards on their roster, and while none seem to be nursing any sort of injury, it appears that management just wanted another insurance option on hand just to be on the safe side. Tarasov, who has previously appeared in two games with the Sharks this season, will serve as a healthy scratch for the team's game Saturday against the Blackhawks. The winger has produced 28 points in 45 games at Worcester this season.
