Tampa Bay has acquired the rights to Benoit Pouliot from the Boston Bruins in exchange for the 131st pick in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft and the rights to Michel Ouellet. The Tampa Bay Lightning have the option to extend a qualifying offer to Pouliot, which the Boston Bruins weren't interested in doing. If the Lightning present Pouliot with a qualifying offer, then he'll be a restricted free agent this summer.
