Thompson was beat twice by Filip Forsberg and once on a Yakov Trenin deflection. It's hard to fault the 24-year-old Thompson for any of the goals, as the Golden Knights were a little sluggish for much of the contest. With Robin Lehner (lower body) and Laurent Brossoit (undisclosed) out, Thompson is set to temporarily serve as the Golden Knights' top goalie. He's unlikely to perform well enough to warrant rostering in fantasy.
