Greiss allowed two goals on seven shots in the third period of Thursday's 6-2 loss to St. Louis.
EDGE Analysis
Alex Nedeljkovic was pulled after allowing three goals in two periods, but Greiss wasn't any better. The Blues expanded their lead from 3-1 to 5-1 against Greiss before Detroit got one back and St. Louis countered with an empty-netter. The loss goes to Nedeljkovic, leaving Greiss' record at 5-6-0. Neither goalie has played well of late -- Greiss has posted a sub-.900 save percentage in each of his last four appearances, while Nedeljkovic hasn't reached .900 in any of his last three. Whichever guy finds his game first should get the majority of playing time in the short term.
