Stone scored 4:22 into overtime to lift the Senators to a 2-1 win over the Bruins on Saturday night. He picked up his own rebound and put it over a sprawling Tuukka Rask after being stopped on a wraparound.
EDGE Analysis
It was Stone's first goal in six games and is just his 11th on the season. It's not that far off his pace of last season (26 goals, 64 points in 80 games), but fantasy owners -- as always -- expected more. We are disappointed with his minus -9 rating -- it's a far cry from last season's plus-21. There's still time for Stone to salvage that category at least a little. But you might be able to use that minus-9 rating to twist him away from his current owner in a trade. Keeper owners should weigh that option -- he's a sophomore whose performance hasn't dropped, so next season could deliver a nice jump in output.
