Steve Staios is heading to the New York Islanders training camp for a tryout. Staios had just three goals and seven assists in 39 games for the Calgary Flames last season. He could have a decent shot to make the Islanders as a veteran defencemen. He hasn't stayed healthy the last few years due to a rib injury. He shouldn't be on any fantasy radar this season.
