Steve Ott wants to see and bring more consistency to the table for the Sabres. "We're all in the same boat together but you have to be accountable to your teammates and make sure you're ready to go," Ott said. "If I'm a physical player, I better be physical every single night or if I'm an offensive player. Those consistencies in your game ... have to be effective." He hasn't recorded a point in his last seven outings. Ott has seven points and a minus-11 rating this year.
