Steve Bernier netted his first goal of the playoffs in the Devils' 4-0 victory over the Florida Panthers on Thursday. Bernier had a goal and six points in 32 regular season games. Although he used to be a promising prospect, he never really panned out. At this point, he should be regarded as a bottom-six forward.
