Steen (upper body) practiced Sunday but is not ready to return to game action yet according to coach Ken Hitchcock, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

We will be sure to update Steen's status if he is somehow able to suit up for Monday's game against the Stars, but his status appears very much in doubt at the moment. The Blues likely don't want to rush their star winger back into game action before he's ready and risk an aggravation of his upper body injury. The 32-year-old will have four days to rest up before the Blues' next game Thursday against Tampa Bay.
