Steen (upper body) continues to participate in practice and is skating hard, but is still having problems shooting the puck, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. "Obviously with time, it's going to heal on its own," Steen said. "Like I said before, I feel like it's a slow process. It's just not good enough right now. This is going to take the time that it takes. They're long days right now."

He hopes to get back on the ice at some point before the end of the regular season, but isn't stressing out about getting a certain number of games in before the postseason -- when the shoulder's ready, he'll play.
