Steen (undisclosed) did not take the ice for pregame warmups and is unlikely to play Thursday night's matchup against the Sharks, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

We'll release an update if Steen is in fact in the lineup prior to puck drop, but all signs point to him sitting out Thursday's game. He was effectively a game-time decision, which bodes well for his chances of playing Saturday at home against Nashville. Look for David Perron to get more work Thursday.
