Steen returned to practice seemingly at full speed Wednesday and felt fine heading into Thursday, which was enough for the Blues to sign off on keeping him in the lineup. The winger, who missed the previous two games with the injury, has five goals and 16 points in 26 games, a significant decline from the per-game scoring numbers he posted in his breakout 2013-14.
