Quick stopped 22 of 25 shots in Wednesday's 5-3 win over the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
Quick put an end to his four-game losing streak Wednesday in a closely contested game. It was still the fourth time in five games that Quick has allowed three or more goals -- he's not playing as sharp as he was earlier in the season. The 36-year-old improved to 12-10-6 with a 2.60 GAA and a .912 save percentage through 28 appearances. The Kings' first game after the All-Star break is Feb. 15 versus the Oilers, so either Quick or Cal Petersen will be well-rested by the time that contest rolls around.
