Smith stopped 37 of 39 shots before winning 3-2 in a shootout over the Ducks on Friday. This is the Smith owners have been waiting for when they drafted him this year. It certainly didn't hurt that Ducks superstar Corey Perry (illness) sat out, but Smith still weathered a flurry of shots and earned his fourth win of the year. If he can put forth a few more stellar performances like this, his .889 save percentage and 3.43 GAA will improve in no time.
