Ullmark is set to guard the home goal against Montreal in Saturday's preseason clash, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.

Ullmark had a 22-10-7 record, 2.58 GAA and .915 save percentage in 40 regular-season appearances with Boston in 2023-24. He was fantastic with the Bruins, even winning the Vezina Trophy in 2022-23. However, Ullmark was dealt in the summer to Ottawa, a squad looking to make the playoffs for the first time since 2017. It remains unclear if the 31-year-old netminder will be as effective with his new team. Still, he held his own in Tuesday's exhibition action against the Canadiens, stopping 29 of 32 shots en route to a 4-3 victory.
