Shawn Matthias has faced some potential injury concerns, but he's remained in Florida's lineup. He played last Tuesday despite suffering from with the flu earlier in the day and he suited up Sunday after getting hit up high from a shot by teammate Dmitry Kulikov on Saturday. Matthias' left eye was still partially shut Monday and he had a colorful shiner that required double-digit stitches around his eyebrow. "I don't want to miss any games," he said. "You take pride in playing through things." The Mississauga native will get to play in front of friends and family Tuesday night in Toronto, where he has enjoyed some success with six goals and two assists in his last 13 appearances. He has 12 points in 33 games this campaign.
