Sharp is no doubt going to be traded by the Blackhawks with the question being when and to whom as there are at least eight teams interested in him, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. With the cap hit of Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane's new contract starting in 2015-16, the Blackhawks are going to have unload a couple of prime players. Sharp is at the top of the list with his $5.9 million cap hit and could come somewhere around Friday's NHL draft. The Penguins were considered a prime spot for a trade, but the Stars, Capitals and Panthers have also been mentioned. The Panthers and the Blackhawks have done business in the past. Sharp did not have a great 14-15 season with 16 goals and 27 assists in 68 games. It was his worst full season since 08-09 (26 goals and 18 assists), but Sharp was one of the reasons that the Hawks have picked up three Stanley Cups in six seasons.
